Ascalon Settlement? - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering where the Ascalon Settlement is. some of the skills i need for my character are located there but I could not find its location anywhere on the guildwarsguru.com areas section. I obviously dont own the game yet but I will be in on the last BWE so i was just wondering if anyone can help me? thanks

When you leave Lion's Arc there is a trail, the trail forks, one going to D'Alessio Seaboard and the other going to Ascalon Settlement. If you just follow the signs it will take you to it. It isn't an actual outpost that you can teleport to once you've visited it. It's just a little camp on the side of the road.

It is indeed located in the Explorable Area known as the "North Kryta Province" and my recommendation would be this: After finding your way there, turn around and head back to the west, towards the map hub known as "Bergen Hot Springs" (Formerly Farmer's Market.) This will open up that hub on the map, and it is the closest jump point you can get to the Ascalon Settlement should you need to get back there. (It also lets you avoid having to deal with the 8,000,000 Tengu there are lurking out there for future visits.)

Thanks for the help guys! I was geting a bit worried since it doesn't apear in the all knowing www.guilwarsguru.com areas place.

in the march bwe, they added more mobs on the road in between north kryta province and bergen hot springs, namely more tengu patrols in that valley and more undead patrols in the hills -- luckily an ettin patrol managed to slaughter the tengu..
remember, henchmen are expendable. feel free to use them as a diversionary tactic. they will respawn when you zone.
